Shipping Policy
Using your Credit Card is the best way to order. It is fast, safe and eliminates errors common with telephone orders. We will hold your order until payment arrives. NO C.O.D. DELIVERIES.
When using a credit card, please verify that your credit card billing address information is correct. Incorrect information can cause the charge to be rejected. If you are using a credit card issued in a country outside the USA, please make sure that your card can be used internationally.
Order Information
Orders received before 1:30pm EST (weekdays) will be filled and shipped that business day.
Orders received on Friday after 1:30pm will be processed and shipped on the following Monday or next business day.
All orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday or next business day.
If an order is placed on a holiday it will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Please make note of the shipping choices and charges associated with your order. The default shipper is UPS Ground – a street address is required, they do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please make a notation in the shipping comments if you need special handling (i.e.: Deliver After Noon, etc.)
No UPS Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We ONLY ship via Priority mail or UPS air (Next Day or 2 Day).
APO orders are shipped via Priority mail. Please be sure to include your full name and rank.
All rates are US Dollars (USD).
International Shipping Information
International orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service*. Canadian orders will ship via UPS Standard. Orders can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED IN THE CHECKOUT AS AN OPTION, it means WE DO NOT SHIP ANESTHETICS THERE.
