Submit Your Artwork

Email your print-ready label artwork to us with your order number. See artwork requirements below.

Review Digital Proof

We send you a digital mockup showing exactly how your label will look on the bottle. Review carefully for accuracy.

Approve to Print

Reply with written approval to begin production. Labels print exactly as approved — no changes after this step.

Production & Shipping

Your branded numbing sprays are produced and shipped. Typical lead time is 10-15 business days after proof approval, plus shipping.

Submit print-ready artwork that meets these specifications to avoid production delays:

Private Label FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

200 units per SKU (per size). For example: 200 units of 1 oz and/or 200 units of 4 oz. You can order one size or both.

What is the lead time from order to delivery?

Typical lead time is 10-15 business days after proof approval, plus shipping transit time.

Can I order multiple sizes?

Yes. We offer private labeling for both 1 oz and 4 oz sizes. You can order either size or both. The 200-unit MOQ applies to each size separately.

Do you send a proof before printing?

Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before any printing or production begins. Production only starts after you provide written approval.

Is branding on the bottle label only?

Yes. Private label branding is on the bottle label only. We do not currently offer custom boxes or outer packaging for private label orders.

What if I need changes after approving the proof?

Changes requested after written approval may pause production and shift delivery timelines. We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully before approval.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

If your file doesn't meet our print requirements, we'll let you know what adjustments are needed so you can resubmit. This ensures your labels print clean and accurate.

Is the formula the same as regular Pro Numb?

Yes. Private label orders use the exact same FDA-registered Pro Numb formula. Only the label changes — the product inside is identical to our retail numbing spray.
