Bottle Color Selection

Choose your preferred bottle color when placing your order. Final availability depends on supplier inventory and will be confirmed before materials are ordered.

For an order of this size, bottle availability and supplier lead times may affect the production schedule. We will confirm these details before finalizing material orders.

Product images are visual examples. Your completed bottles will feature your selected bottle color and approved custom label.

Custom Label Specifications

1 oz Bottles

Approximate label size: 1.75 inches tall × 3 inches wide

4 oz Bottles

Approximate label size: 3.25 inches tall × 4.25 inches wide

Labels are printed on durable White BOPP material with a high-gloss laminate finish. The label covers most of the straight bottle body while leaving a visible portion of the bottle above and below it.

Artwork Requirements

After checkout, you will receive an email requesting your logo, artwork, bottle selection, and business information. Include your order number with every artwork submission.

For the best printing results:

• Submit PDF, PNG, PSD, or AI files

• Use CMYK colors whenever possible

• Artwork must be at least 300 DPI

• 600 DPI is preferred

• Extend background artwork ⅛ inch beyond the cut line for bleed

• Keep important text and logos at least 0.125 inch inside the cut line

• Carefully review all spelling, colors, contact information, warnings, and other wording

JPEG files are not recommended for final label printing.

If you do not have print-ready artwork, design assistance is available. Extensive artwork preparation or complete label creation may require an additional fee and additional turnaround time. Any added costs will be discussed before work begins.

What Happens After Checkout?

1. Select either the 1 oz or 4 oz production package.

2. Choose your preferred bottle color.

3. Pay the 40% production deposit.

4. Receive an email requesting your artwork and order information.

5. Submit your print-ready artwork with your order number.

6. We prepare and send your digital label proof.

7. Carefully review the proof and reply with “Approval to Print.”

8. We confirm material quantities, supplier inventory, and production scheduling.

9. Bottles, sprayers, labels, formula components, and packaging materials are coordinated.

10. Your bottles are filled, labeled, inspected, tested, and packaged.

11. We provide the final freight charge and remaining balance.

12. Your completed order is released after the remaining balance is paid and the production run is cleared for shipment.

Estimated Production Timeline

• Artwork processing: approximately 1–2 business days after receiving complete files

• Label printing: approximately 7–10 business days after written proof approval

• High-volume manufacturing, testing, and packaging: scheduled after all components arrive

Because this is a 5,000-bottle production run, completion dates depend heavily on bottle availability, supplier lead times, label printing, laboratory turnaround, production scheduling, and freight arrangements.
