Bottle Color Selection

Label Sizes

Labels are printed on durable White BOPP material with a high-gloss laminate finish. The label covers most of the straight bottle body while leaving a visible portion of the bottle above and below the label.

Artwork Requirements

After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting your logo, artwork, bottle selection, and business information. Include your order number with every artwork submission.

For the best printing results:

• Submit PDF, PNG, PSD, or AI files

• Use CMYK colors when possible

• Artwork must be at least 300 DPI

• 600 DPI is preferred

• Extend backgrounds ⅛ inch beyond the cut line for bleed

• Keep important text and logos at least 0.125 inch inside the cut line

• Check all spelling, colors, contact information, and wording before submitting

JPEG files are not recommended for final label printing.

If you do not have print-ready artwork, design assistance is available. Extensive design work or complete label creation may require an additional fee and additional turnaround time. Any added charge will be discussed with you before the work begins.

What Happens After Checkout?

1. Select either the 1 oz or 4 oz bottle package.

2. Choose your preferred bottle color.

3. Pay the 40% production deposit.

4. Receive an email requesting your artwork and order information.

5. Submit your print-ready artwork with your order number.

6. We prepare and send your digital label proof.

7. Carefully review the proof and reply with “Approval to Print.”

8. We coordinate the bottles, sprayers, labels, formula, and packaging materials.

9. Your production run is scheduled.

10. Your bottles are filled, labeled, inspected, tested, and packaged.

11. We provide the final shipping charge and remaining balance.

12. Your completed order is released after the remaining balance is paid and the production run is cleared for shipment.

Estimated Timeline

• Artwork processing: approximately 1–2 business days after receiving complete files

• Label printing: approximately 7–10 business days after written proof approval

• Manufacturing, testing, and final preparation: scheduled after all required materials arrive

Final completion dates depend on artwork approval, bottle availability, supplier timelines, label printing, laboratory turnaround, manufacturing scheduling, and shipping conditions. We will provide updated estimates as your order progresses.
